Packing cubes

Packing cubes are a must-have for frequent travellers, and I swear by them. They keep my suitcase organised, whether for work or personal travel. They help pack efficiently, especially with limited space or when travelling with hand luggage. This set comes in many lovely colours, and it also has two transparent bags for liquids.

Selfie stick tripod

This selfie stick tripod is fantastic when exploring the world and when you need to take photos alone. Even in the most beautiful places in the world, we need to document! This tripod is an excellent gift for a flight attendant travelling around!

Hanging toiletry bag

This toiletry bag is ideal for keeping all bathroom items together. You can easily open the bag and hang it on a towel hook. I use mine whenever I travel, and you’ll be surprised how much can fit into this little bag.

Hot water bottle

This might seem like a strange gift for a flight attendant, but hold on. We use a hot water bottle to keep us warm during our sleep break in the crew rest. The crew rest is usually hidden in the plane’s ceiling, and it can be pretty cold. Instead of making a hot water bottle with empty water bottles, they will have this cute, fluffy one.

Tarte – Tartelette in Bloom

This palette is my favourite when I want to bring just one palette on my travel. It’s the right size, has the exact amount of different colours to create plenty of eye looks, and the colours go well on anyone. The eye shadows are pigmented, blendable, and not too soft, which means no broken pans.

Apple – Apple Watch

Flight attendants need a watch at work to track flight time or keep track of our service schedule. Besides all the great features an Apple Watch offers, the tiny detail I like is that you don’t have to adjust the time anymore when on a layover. This wristband has a beautiful colour, making the watch look classy despite being a smartwatch.

Ofra – Liquid Lipstick Set

This liquid lipstick set is a collaboration with well-known beauty YouTuber Manny Mua. It’s another gift on the list of the best gifts for flight attendants. These three nude colours are long-lasting, smudge-proof, and comfortable on the lips.

Zojirushi – Stainless Steel Mug

It’s always good to use less plastic and paper cups on board. We have got help with the environment where we can. But nothing beats sipping coffee or tea from your own mug. This thermos mug keeps coffee or tea hot during a long night flight. It comes in different colours, but this dark blue one is my favourite.

Clever Fox – Travel Journal

This gift is for the creative flight attendant who likes to keep a journal for their travel memories. Flying the world with different colleagues, meeting other people and exploring cool places is the best thing. Even when travelling is our everyday life, writing or logging everything in a good old-fashioned journal is an excellent way to keep memories alive.

Sigma Beauty – Essential Brush Kit

The Essential Brush Kit from Sigma Beauty has all the essential brushes to create a flawless face, and it also comes in a handy box. It includes face brushes as well as eye brushes. Sigma Beauty is well known for its quality makeup brushes. I love the Sigma brushes I own, and they are still in great shape. These brushes are a great gift with the “Tartelette In Bloom” palette.

Ruby Woo from Mac Cosmetics is an iconic red lipstick that suits everybody. This duo set comes with the matching Ruby Woo lipliner. The Mac lipsticks work the best when using their Mac Cosmetics Lip Prep and Prime underneath. This trio together will create the perfect red pout for every flight attendant.

Ofra – Mini Liquid Lipstick Set

Elizabeth Arden – Skin & Lip Protectant

Elizabeth Arden’s 8-Hour Cream is another iconic product in the beauty world. I use it for dry lips, cracked elbows or a dry nose from sleeping in the crew rest. I know many colleague flight attendants swear by this cream. This set comes with a separate lip protectant for healthy-looking and moisturised lips.

Kindle E-reader

This gift doesn’t need an explanation to make it into ‘the best gifts for flight attendants’ gift guide. I refused an e-reader for a long time, but I must admit. It’s easier to add ten books to an e-reader than carrying around ten books. A Kindle is great for break time during the flight or when insomnia hits on a layover.

Kindle works best with a Kindle subscription, with an unlimited reading of over one million books! How about throwing in a 3-month Kindle subscription for your loved one?

Mario Badescu – Mini Mist Collection

Mini Mist Collection is a great way to try out all the different sprays from Mario Badescu. Facial sprays are great to use on the plane to hydrate the face, refresh makeup, or add moisture to the skin. This set is also hand luggage proof, and every bottle is below the allowed 100ml. The aloe vera facial spray is my favourite, and it smells fantastic.
