So it has been forevaaaaa since my last post! The holidays are over and 2015 is here. I have a bunch of stuff I want to write about the upcoming months. Don’t forget to check out my Instagram for more pictures and my everyday stuff.
So I thought I would share with you my favorite perfumes at the moment. Some of them I have been using for a while now. I am really into sweet but fresh exotic fragrances.
My number one fragrance, my signature fragrance is Euphoria by Calvin Klein. I cannot explain how much I love it. I have been using this and repurchasing it for the past seven years. I will probably use this forever. I get so many compliments when I’m wearing this perfume. I believe a bottle of 100ml costs around €95,00.
Exotic floral-fruity fragrance Euphoria was launched in 2005. The fragrance is luminous and luscious like fruits notes of which are captured in it. Euphoria is mysterious and appealing like dark exotic flowers. It invites you to enjoy in joys of life. The main notes are rose hip, Japanese apple, green leaves, Lotus, black orchid, red woods, black violet and amber.
The second fragrance I love is the Bonbon by Viktor & Rolf. I know lots of women love the Viktor & Rolf fragrances like Flowerbomb en Bonbon. The typical sweet scent of the bonbon is something that I really love.
Viktor & Rolf launched a new women’s fragrance called Bonbon in the spring of 2014. This fragrance named after the candy aims at women who celebrate the pleasure and self-indulgence, as well as moments of relaxation and enjoyment. The key note is caramel, surrounded by aromas of mandarin, orange and peach at the top; flowers of orange blossom and jasmine in the heart; and cedar, guaiac wood, sandalwood and amber in the base.
The last two fragrances I both from Escada. Since I discovered the limited summer edition fragrances from Escada I was sold. Summer 2009 I bought my the ‘Marine Groove’. At that time I didn’t realize it was a limited edition. So when I wanted to buy a second bottle a year later. I couldn’t find it anywhere. Since then I am buying the limited summer edition every summer. My favorites now are the Cherry in the air (2013) and Born in paradise (2014).
Inspired by the famous Pina Colada cocktail, the Born in Paradise perfume delivers an enchanting blend of pineapple and coconut milk, shaken with the aqueous and acidulous notes of watermelon, green apple and guava and enhanced with woody, musky and cream like undertones. Exuberant in character, the fragrance instantly releases tantalizingly mouth-watering fruity scents and an infectious carefree feeling often inspired by tropical escapes – making it the prefect summer fragrance to transport you to paradise.
Cherry in the Air is a real treat for those lovers of sour cherry aroma that stimulates the imagination. It is inspired by the French landscapes, bicycling through orchards, picking cherries and summer full of fun and enjoyment in life. Sweet and sexy, the new perfume blends notes of sour cherry with marshmallow accords and woody character sandalwood.
These are my current perfume favorites. What are yours? Any recommendations for me?
