Love for Kiko Cosmetics

Hello beautifuls!

Does anyone know Kiko? If not, you are absolutely missing out! I got to know Kiko six months ago when I was in Germany. I had never heard of the beauty brand before. So I was very happy when a colleague attended me on Kiko.

Kiko is originally from Italy. About a week ago they opened their first store in the Netherlands in Amstelveen. So if you’re close don’t forget to check it out.

A little background information about this brand. Kiko was established in 1997 and is a Italian professional cosmetics brand that features a range of cutting-edge makeup, face and body treatments. Mission: create a beauty care concept which is able to rewrite the rules of cosmetics: quality is no longer synonymous with high prices. With KIKO, professional luxury is an exciting reality you can touch. For every budget. The products are not tested on animals.

I already have a bunch of stuff I got during the past months. There are a couple of items I would like to show you.

The Chrystal Sheer – Glossy Lipstick in Tropical Orange is a really nice warm sheer orange tint. I was looking for an orange lippie for summer. Something that matches with my skin tone, my uniform and the orange color in my scarf. I love this color. I just purchased my second lipstick. The only thing is that this type of lipstick doesn’t last that long. I have to re-apply this many times. It looks more like a lip gloss.

The Quick Dry Nail Laquer is probably my favorite nail polish within the drugstore price range. So many nail polishes get easily chipped, sometimes even after a couple of hours. I hate it when my nails looks chipped. With this nail polish my nails stays good much and much longer. I seriously stopped buying other brands. A bonus is that it also dries very fast. I have a bunch of colors. Really recommend this product. I believe that this nail polish is around the 3 euro’s. Such a steel!

The next product I love is a highlighter. This is actually sold as an eye shadow. It has a shimmery metallic gold color. Perfect to use as a highlighter. It’s highly pigmented and stays put. I use this on the top of my cheekbones connecting it upwards to the top of the arch of my brows. They also sell a similar product with a more silver color. This is the Kiko Water eye shadow in 208.

Another product is the Pencil Lip Gloss. This is a creamy glossy lip pencil. The texture is indeed creamy and thick. It stays on really well and doesn’t leave my lips dry. I have this in Mauve Beige 11. For my skin tone this is a lovely beige nude color. I have been wearing this a lot lately. I find it really difficult to find a good nude color for my skin tone. And this was a perfect match!

This is a picture where I am wearing this Pencil Lip Gloss. Love love love it!

Last but not least is the Make Up Fixer spray. This is a setting spray. I bought it on sale in Italy to try. I have been using it a couple of times now and I do feel that my make up stays fresh much longer. This sprays doesn’t have a bad smell, which is also nice. I only use this when I’m going out and have a heavier make up on.

Hope you likes this post! Do you have any favorite Kiko products? Let me know in the comments below!

Bye guys!
